What is the Bay of Fundy?

The Bay of Fundy, shared by New Brunswick and Nova Scotia, is a beautiful and unique area. Home to the highest tides in the world, it supports a wide variety of activities such as fishing, ecotourism, whale watching, research, and more. The rich marine waters provide livelihood for individuals and communities, and the health of the Bay is vital to the Maritime way of life.
